Labby X is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Labby X or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Labby X's website or application, even if we or a Labby X authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services, if any.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

Labby X is NOT a medical decision-making system. It is a tool for laboratory data management and documentation only.

Interpretation of laboratory results and any clinical decisions must be made exclusively by qualified healthcare professionals. Labby X is not designed for automated diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support. Users must never rely solely on Labby X for any medical decisions.

5. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited license to use Labby X for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the software or associated systems
• Use the software for medical research or studies without explicit written permission
• Resell or redistribute the software without authorization
• Use the software to process data for purposes other than described in our documentation

6. Data Ownership and Security

You retain complete ownership of your lab data. All data remains on your device by default and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Labby X and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Labby X, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Labby X and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the software or violation of these terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Labby X after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of Labby X are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
